Refund & Cancellation Policy

Stay Prepared CPR & First Aid works hard to provide flexible scheduling and quality instruction. Because class sizes and preparation requirements vary, we maintain the following refund and cancellation guidelines:

Cancellations by Students

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class may be eligible for a reschedule at no additional cost.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled once at the instructor’s discretion.
    • No-shows, late arrivals, or incomplete attendance are not eligible for refunds.
    • Once class materials or certification processing has begun, payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Stay Prepared CPR & First Aid

If we must cancel or reschedule a class due to emergencies, weather, or instructor availability, participants will be offered:
• A new class date, or
• A full refund (if they do not wish to reschedule).

Refunds for Online Payments

Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscriptions and AED Plans

Monthly or annual subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Service cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
